Requirements:
- A computer or tablet with an internet connection or smart phone is required for the following steps. If you cannot connect through the internet, a regular telephone can be used for an audio-only connection.
- You must check your web site profile and make sure your email is present and correct.
- You must register for the event on-line. Registration deadline is Thursday, November 14th.
- You will receive an invitation for the event from Carole Hengle (ALCS). If you click the option to accept the invitation, it will then be available on your calendar.
- A day or two before the meeting you will receive a reminder. In the reminder will be links to helpful videos on how to start your session, general information about video conferencing, and what you must do during the conference. The link to join the meeting is also included in the reminder email.
- Only members who have paid their 2024 dues are eligible to participate.
